Application Security
Managed AppSec & Detection
Continuous detection for your code, dependencies, pipelines and APIs, triaged by our engineers
Overview
Findings Your Team Can Act On
Most companies can install a scanner. Few have the people to read its output every week, decide what is exploitable and get fixes merged. Findings pile up, and the backlog becomes the risk.
We run continuous detection across your code, dependencies, packages, pipelines and APIs on our own products: DSO for code and dependency scanning, Chainsaw for install-time package protection and SBOMs, and X-Security for API security policy. Cyphlon engineers triage what they find, send fixes as pull requests your team approves, and keep the evidence your auditors ask for.
This is detection for application security and engineering. It is not an IT SOC, and we do not provide endpoint monitoring or managed detection and response for your IT estate.

Approach
How the Service Runs
Onboarding
We connect DSO to your repositories, add Chainsaw to your package installs and CI, and compile your API security policy with X-Security. Together we agree scope, severity thresholds and who approves what.
Continuous Detection
Scheduled SAST, dependency scanning with reachability, and infrastructure-as-code and secret scanning run outside your CI, so coverage does not depend on someone opening a pull request. Chainsaw blocks malicious and typosquatted packages at install time. X-Security fails the build when gateway configuration drifts from policy.
Engineer Triage
DSO gives each finding an AI exploitability verdict. A Cyphlon engineer reviews it and decides what is real, what is noise and what needs your attention first.
Fixes as Pull Requests
Where the fix is clear, DSO opens a pull request, capped at 400 lines and re-scanned before you see it. Your engineers review and merge it. Nothing changes in your code without your approval.
Evidence and Review
Findings, approvals and fixes are mapped to PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and DORA. We review the results with you and adjust scope as your systems change.
Benefits
What You Get
A Backlog That Means Something
Your engineers see findings that have been triaged for exploitability, not raw scanner output.
Fixes That Get Merged
Remediation arrives as a small, re-scanned pull request, so fixing becomes a review rather than a research task.
Supply Chain Protection
Malicious and typosquatted packages are blocked at install time, and you have SBOMs to hand to customers and auditors.
Audit Evidence as a By-Product
Scan results, approvals and fixes are recorded against PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and DORA controls as the work happens.
Why us
Why Cyphlon
We Build the Platform
DSO, Chainsaw and X-Security are our own products, so the engineers triaging your findings know exactly how the detection works.
People Stay in the Loop
AI verdicts and AI fixes are reviewed by our engineers and approved by yours. Agentic pentests run only against hosts you have proven you own, by DNS TXT record or file.
Certified Engineers
Our team holds CISSP, CISM, OSCP and CCSP certifications.
SaaS or On-Prem
DSO runs as SaaS, or inside your own environment when your code cannot leave it.
